The rooms were clean and modern, with a lovely balcony. The staff were stars, especially Nut, who made us feel welcome and was fun to talk to. I loved the high-quality shower products, and the comfy bed was a standout. I’d definitely come back!

Comfortable beds, but noisy nights

The location was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, with many local eateries and cafes just around the corner. The room had comfortable bedding, offering a restful sleep after each day of adventure.

Unfortunately, the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. The air conditioning unit was loud, making quiet nights difficult and detracting from an otherwise serene atmosphere.

Electricity cutting off when leaving the room is inconvenient!!! Limited privacy due to foot traffic outside the room!!! Requesting a second key card didn’t yield any results!!! Having only partial toilet paper seemed inconsiderate!!!

Underwhelming experience, poor breakfast.

The Lanna Oriental Hotel offered a beautiful room with comfortable bedding and excellent facilities. The location allowed easy access to nearby temples, and the delicious breakfast buffet provided a delightful start to my days, with a variety of options to choose from.

Comfortable bed, beautiful pool, with high-quality shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that added a touch of luxury to my stay, and I appreciated the convenient location just 4 km from the nearest airport, making it easy to start my explorations.

The welcome drinks was such a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding! I really enjoyed relaxing by the clean pool and the leisure room available. The restaurant service was a bit slow, but it didn’t really put a damper on my stay. I’d recommend trying the local eateries nearby.

easy strolls to temples and vibrant local food stalls

i really enjoyed how convenient the hotel was for my daily explorations, as it was just a 20-minute leisurely walk to the old town square and surrounded by several temples and amazing food stalls nearby, making it easy to soak in the rich culture of chiang mai.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to beautiful temples and vibrant markets. The breakfast selection included delicious chocolate croissants and fresh fruit, which was a great way to start the day. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy and made it difficult to enjoy restful nights, and the limited breakfast options could have been better. Also, the room, while comfortable, lacked soundproofing, making privacy an issue at times.
